Cathy Callahan teaches female entrepreneurs how to create and scale online businesses, so that they can prioritize their families and create more life choices.
By partnering authenticity with strategy, Cathy teaches her students how to create new connections and conversation online to get more results in their businesses. She loves teaching helping others how to create an actual business plan using systems that are simple, fun and effective! She is the creator of Purpose Creator Action Taker University (PCAT-U), where she features her signature program The Evergreen Party & Group Funnel System.
As as past school teacher, and owner of multiple successful offline businesses, she moved into business online and now coaches others to do the same. She is a mom of four boys, and is known for working out of her closet (the only quiet space she can find).
She encourages others to turn their excuses into their reasons and get into action.
Julia Burge, PCAT-U Instructor

Julia had the dream career! Working for a Fortune 10 company putting her MBA and years of schooling to good use.
She worked hard, moved up the corporate ladder, shifted departments to find the perfect fit and settled into a position with lots of potential growth in Information Technology.
Then things shifted, and her company was acquired by a global giant and her 17 year career ended.
Her position is currently being outsourced overseas. She had zero choice or say in the matter.
Thankfully seeing the writing on the wall years prior, she took action, building up a side business while training her counterparts. Taking action during that time was the smartest thing she ever did for her financial future! And the financial future of her children.
She now coaches and mentors other Corporate Moms to secure their financial futures and build their career insurance.
Kristen McDonnell, Advisor
Kristen McDonnell is a fashion and sports loving boy mom with a passion to empower women to look good and feel good and to also thrive as entrepreneurs and achieve their career aspirations.
Back in 2017, as a new mom with over a decade of success in financial sales on Wall Street, Kristen decided she needed the freedom and flexibility of running her own business.
She said goodbye to Manhattan and joined a network marketing company, quickly earning her position at the top of the career plan.
Recently, Kristen also layered in an another brand into her business portfolio and quickly reached the top of the career plan there as well.
What she loves about Network Marketing is how she can apply her corporate sales experience and empower women to be the best version of themselves.
And being able to help women achieve their business and career goals is rewarding to her both personally and professionally.
She is super excited to apply all of this experience and all of the Evergreen strategies to help empower you all as well as be your Business Advisor.
Kristen lives in Saratoga Springs, New York with her husband Shaun and 4 year old son CJ.
When she’s not busy running her styling business, you can find her working out, on her Peloton bike, watching sports, and spending quality time relaxing at her ski house in Vermont.
Diane Drummond, Party Manager
Diane is Cathy's right-hand woman and she absolutely loves working with all the challengers in this group and in our programs.
She is a Mom of 3 grown kids and a Nana to 4 amazing grandkids!! She and her husband are proud parents to two awesome shelter dogs who keep them on their toes!!!
She loves cooking healthy and spends most of her spare time converting not so healthy recipes into healthier versions of deliciousness!!
When she's not creating in the kitchen, she loves creating art through painting, drawing and design!!
She has been in network marketing for 4 years and loves helping others achieve their goals.

It's time to up your game with a party group!
It's the solution to a home for all of your parties, and it's your new prospecting, customer, recruiting and leadership tool!
You already know the value of virtual parties. And, maybe you have heard of the power of groups and funnels, but you aren't sure where to start.
The fear of doing something new can be daunting. I navigated the waters on my own for quite a while, and I made some traction.
But, there was a lot to figure out.
That was I went and started searching out advanced trainings on online marketing, and what was working in network marketing.
Most importantly, I searched for what felt good and authentic to me.
I found that when I was using tactics or methods that didn't feel right for me, I was really unhappy in my business...even if the numbers showed results.
I started applying what I was learning to virtual parties, and I created the Evergreen Party and Group Funnel System.
I have used it to drastically decrease the time I put into setting up parties and massively increase the relationships I am building with my prospects and customers...
And, there was a surprise benefit that I didn't expect.
I started creating a real community where people are excited to be there, and they keep showing up, asking for more!
Oh, and that's not all...the biggest surprise was how this one group became not only the home for my personal parties and this new community where relationships could be built...
I sat back and watched as prospects became customers, customers became consultants, and consultants became leaders.
It's really been amazing to watch.
I started growing a community, and a team of leaders.
And, it's become the "Done for You" system that we can offer as a unique recruiting tool.
It has allowed us to effectively nurture the relationships we are building, and start following up in a way that feels incredibly authentic, and beyond simple and fun.
It's really been the most amazing thing to be a part of, and I am so excited to be able to share this with you.
The best part is...
The Evergreen party is a "Value" facebook group. So it's the one place you will funnel all of your contacts, no matter where you met them.
And, you can move them through the process, and build on their exposures, and have a reason to reach out and authentically connect.
